Mr. David Kestenbaum is a former Senior Criminal Prosecutor who has practiced criminal law daily since 1979. He trained and supervised prosecutors in the Van Nuys Courthouse before leaving to private practice.
Mr. Alan Eisner, with over 20 years of court experience, is a Certified Specialist in Criminal Defense as recognized by the State Bar of California. He has litigated over 100 felony trials as well as numerous complex cases in the Federal Court. Based on his experience and professionalism, federal judges have named Mr. Eisner to the Federal Bar Panel and frequently appoint him to represent defendants in federal court.
Mr. Dmitry Gorin left the Los Angeles County District Attorneys Office after 12 years of extensive trial experience, eight of which were spent litigating cases in the Van Nuys Courthouse. Mr. Gorin has litigated everything from Death Penalty murder cases to complex fraud cases, being nominated Prosecutor of the Month several times. Many of his cases have been profiled in the media including ABC, NBC, Court-TV and others. Mr. Gorin is also a Professor at Pepperdine and UCLA, teaching courses to undergraduates and law students on jury trial advocacy, public speaking, and comparative trial systems.
